Для R можно не указывать число повторов (в этом случае оно не ограничено).  
Вышеприведенная настройка таймера будет срабатывать ежедневно, в 16:30, начиная с заданной даты.

@autoNAS описание таймера можно вынести в параметры:

`${ applicationProperties.getTimer() }`
